As VP of the B2C Product Experience, Katy drives the strategic direction and roadmaps for the Employee Marketplace Product teams. Katy has over 10 years' experience in retail Ecommerce spanning across product management and product marketing roles. Most recently, Katy spent 7+ years leading various customer experience and platform teams at Wayfair. Prior to that, Katy was a global product marketing lead at Vistaprint; owning the P&L for the company's second largest product category. Katy began her career at Travelers Insurance within PI Product Management; working closely with the teams developing auto & home quoting online. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.
