Neale manages Implementation, Account Management, and Customer Care, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience. He began his career with Cigna in their National Accounts division, managing Life, Accident, and Disability programs for large employers before joining Pacific Resources where he acted in a consulting capacity for multiple national employers and later took on additional responsibilities as Vice President.
